Welcome to my Bigger & Better Challenge! The principle of this game is simple. I will be trading 2 pens, with the goal of eventually trading my way into a house in the city where I get a job after I graduate. My graduation date is early December 2022, so let's give this an end goal of December 31, 2022. I got the inspration from the Red Paperclip TedTalk.

I always thought this would be a unique and fun way to get into home ownership, and I hope you all enjoy! If anything, the people and the stories that they will share with me is worth more than anything else.

The rules of my trading will be the following:

1. Cannot trade for cash, or trade with cash.

2. The trader must be the sole owner or have the sole-ownership claim to the item being traded.

3. The item cannot be living or need food, water, air, or light to maintain its condition.

4. Item cannot be stolen property, "pirated" or "bootleg".

5. The item cannot be illegal or prescription drugs or "explicit" in nature.

6. The item cannot be attached to any other property not offered as part of the exchange.

7. Trades can occur with the same person more than once.

8. Trade packages can be modified or grouped with other items, so long as it is not cash.

9. I reserve the right to deny any and all offers for any reason whatsoever.
